The founder, Yashasvi Sharma, is a Commerce graduate with Honours, in addition to being a Law Graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Tax practitioner since 2004 having expertise in VAT, CST & other Commercial Laws, Service Tax and GST (Goods and Services Tax). He is providing consultancy to numerous Multi-National Companies and also high profile members of national corporate sectors.

In this field of taxation he is representing the clients before the Tribunal/ Tax Board since last ten years and responsible for getting landmark judgments which were landmark and are being followed by department.

He is a regular speaker for VAT, CST and GST at various regional and national level conferences held under the banner of different bodies including ICAI, Bar Associations and Trade Associations.

Recent Accolades

He has been awarded for his remarkable contribution in the formation of GST by the Commercial Taxes Department, Laghu Udhyog Bharti and Marwar Chamber of Commerce and also felicitated by the Hon’ble Justice of the Supreme Court of India.

He is an identified trainer for GST by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has been chairman of VAT & GST Committee of the Tax Consultants’ Association, Jaipur for three successive years.

He has been nominated member of the RVAT research core group of CIRC of ICAI and also been convener of VAT Committee of ICAI Jaipur.

He has written various articles on indirect taxes which were published in various reputed journals, newsletters and newspapers.

He has been frequently invited for live discussion on Indirect Taxes on various news channels.

He frequently delivers lectures on indirect taxes and GST at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India etc.
